Here are the yogurt deals, which are available at participating locations:

16 Handles:Rewards members get up to three ounces of frozen yogurt for free from noon to 6 p.m. Tuesday. If you’re not a rewards member, you still can get the freebie by signing up on the spot and downloading the new 16 Handles mobile app, according to a news release.

Menchie’s: Buy one frozen yogurt, get one of equal or lesser value free Tuesday at participating locations. Join Menchie’s rewards program, the “my smileage club” for more savings.

PinkberryAll Pinkcard rewards members get a buy-one-get-one free deal and a bonus prize including a chance to win three free Pinkberry swirls Tuesday. Pinkcards are available in-store. Create account online or through the Pinkberry app.

Red Mango: Get a 12-ounce cup of yogurt with free toppings for $5 Tuesday. Join Club Mango for rewards.

sweetFrog: With a $5 purchase Tuesday, get a $5 off coupon to redeem March 1-31. Also earn rewards including free froyo with the sweetRewards program.

TCBY: Get your first six ounces of frozen yogurt free Tuesday. Join the myTCBY rewards program for more savings.

Yogurtology: Get your first six ounces free all-day Tuesday. Plus, get more savings with the Yum Club loyalty program.

Yogurtland: Get a free 5-ounce of frozen yogurt, ice cream and toppings 4 p.m to 7 p.m. Tuesday at participating locations. Use the Real Rewards program for more savings and freebies.
