Money Hack: Free Crust Herb and Garlic Pizza Squares (and more)

Posted on December 15, 2017 by Rewards

All you need to do is have a debit Mastercard to take advantage of this delicious, cheesy hack.

I’m sure I’ve already sold you on the possibility of free Herb and Garlic Pizza Squares from Crust Pizza, but that’s just the beginning of this hack. If you’ve got a debit Mastercard, I’m going to tell you how you can enjoy everyday discounts on everything from mobile phone plans to concert tickets. This hack has the potential to save you some serious cash.

The hack

Mastercard has just last week launched its Debit Rewards program. The rewards program is a first in the industry and rewards Australians for simply using their Mastercard debit card. It’s a way to reward Australians for using debit to pay for everyday purchases, such as coffee or groceries, instead of relying on credit.

There’s plenty of rewards available, and as a lot of debit cardholders are under the age of 35, most of the rewards are tailored towards younger Australians. Some of the current discounts Mastercard debit users can take advantage of include free sunglasses with your Showpo purchase, discounted movie tickets, 20% off amaysim phone plans, a six-month free membership at car sharing service GoGet and even discounts on Emirates flights.

Here’s how to get the discounts:

  1. Visit the Mastercard Debit Rewards website where you can see all the current offers available.
  2. Select the offer you’d like to take advantage of and enter your email address and debit Mastercard number.
  3. Enjoy your free Herb and Garlic Pizza Squares (or whichever offer you choose)!

These rewards are available for people with a Mastercard debit card only. To take advantage of these discounts, open a transaction account that comes with a debit Mastercard, such as the Westpac Choice Transaction account or the ME Everyday Transaction account.
